A delicious Hong Kong classic featuring slices of white bread filled with peanut butter, dipped in egg mixture, and pan-fried to golden perfection. Topped with butter and drizzled with condensed milk for a rich finish.
Cut the crusts of the bread.
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on one side of the bread. Stack the other slice on top. (Note: 2 slices of bread makes 1 French toast)
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs.
Heat up a pan & add a generous amount of oil.
Soak the bread into the eggs. Make sure it’s evenly coated.
Place the bread in the frying pan. Fry until it becomes golden brown. Flip it. When both sides become golden brown, transfer to a serving plate.
Add a slice of room temperature butter & drizzle with condensed milk.
 Enjoy!
